Create paperlessproofs on your PC
This option is ideal for high-volume
users, as you create paperlessproofs on demand to suit
your work flow.
To convert an ordinary PDF into
a paperlessproof on your own computer you must be using
Windows and have Acrobat Professional (version 6 or
later) installed.Download
and install the free paperlessproofs creations software
(click here for detailed information).
- Open the paperlessproofs software.
A menu will appear.
- Click on ‘create a paperlessproof?’
You will be taken to your documents to choose which
PDF you wish to turn into a paperlessproof.
- When you have chosen the PDF
you want, you are asked to re-name the file and then
press ‘ok’. Now you have created a paperlessproof!
- When you re-open your re-named
file, the paperlessproofs symbol and tool box will
appear.
The paperlessproof can now be emailed
to proofreaders and authors for correction; there are
no limits to the number of copies you can send. The
corrected proof is saved and emailed back to the publisher
and typesetter.
paperlessproofs are charged according
to the number of pages. Each page is 15p. Buy page credits

When the proof is corrected, it can be saved and emailed
to publisher, proofreader, author and typesetter.
