Marking corrections is intuitive and easy to master

Choose the symbol colour you need
Blue, red, green or white

Choose the symbol size you need
Small, medium or large

To use any symbol
Click on the symbol in the toolbox, position the cursor on the proof, click to drop the symbol.

To insert text
Click on Insert Text Tool, position the cursor on the proof, click and drag the cursor to indicate the amount of space you need, click and type.

To mark a larger body of text for change
Click on the Box Tool, position the cursor on the proof, click and move the cursor down and to the right to draw the box.

To circle a character or word in the text, or a message in the margin
Click on the Oval Tool, position the cursor on the proof, click and move the cursor down and to the right to draw the circle or oval.

To underline text and draw rules
Click on the Line Tool, position the cursor on the proof, click and draw, clicking once to change direction and twice to end.

To cross out more than one character in the text
Click on Cross Out Text, position the cursor on the first character, click and move the cursor to the last character to be deleted.

To move a symbol
Click on the symbol, move the cursor to reveal a four-headed arrow, click, hold and move the symbol to the required position.

To delete a symbol
Click on the symbol or inserted text, press Delete on the keyboard.
